get a Sintra...made by Vauxhall for the UK based on voyager...mine is a 7 seater....but 8 is available with a 3 seat one piece that goes in the rear or 3rd row if you like....2.2 eco tech manual or 3L V6 auto oh and a diesel 2.2...air con and sliding doors electric goodies as standard...loads of space...nippy too...probably pick them up for £3K-£7K now...usuaully a few on autotrader website...both 7 and 8 seaters

you wont get an 8 seat voyager...only came in 7's

Mitsubishi delica is what you want mate, my friend had one and it was awesome! full of gadgets and look ace IMO they are 8 seater and you can get a good one with about 50k for £4k they are 2.8 turbo diesel and are really comfy, you have to see one to do it justice.

Well the wife runs a Vx Zafira and if you don't need the back 2 seats all that often it's great as they just fold flat out of the way giving you a useful estate car option.

Had it 3 years and done 45K and it's never missed a beat.

It's got plenty of toys: electric windows, mirrors, sunroof, a/c, alloys , 8 speaker CD system.

Only has 7 seats - If you do need an 8 seater then the Pug 807 had that option.

A neighbour has one and I've driven it a few times - seems OK

do you have six kids then? why when people have one or two kids do they feel the need to buy an 8 seater car????

Toyota Landcruiser Colarado. 3.0 TDi. You can get a real beauty for £7K. The are indestructable and woman proof.

Then you can sit them as far away from you as possible and rest you ears.

il have a look bud sure , can u get a few details , age , milage ect ect...cheers

most 7 seaters are just that....no room for bags n kit unless you want it piled up on your laps...esp true of most 4x4's cos they have reduced floor pan to fit in the wheels arches at the rear so anyone in the rear has their chin on thier knees...christ knows we looked at loads of motors when our 4th kid came along but you do get the feeling the motor co's dont think about large family motoring anymore...or rather you can have the seats but no space for coats bags etc...the sintra and a couple of others have a flat floor pan front to rear...lots of space for buggys n bags...prob only the grand voyager has more boot space because of the extra body shell length...but we found it had bigger seats so less space to wedge stuff in...catch 22....avoid the merc vito...cos the engines are bitches to get to so service cost is high...the new ones are massive inside and lux spec but cost around £22K...

have a look at jap import day-vans - great value.
