Air Filters

In my frustration in waiting for Japanese Performance magazine I bought Max power and found a nice little section on Air Filters.

What I was curious to know is, considering the amount of restriction of the stock panel filters, is there much difference between any of the conical filter in relation to flow?

Oh yeah, and does anyone know what the dimensions of a K&N filter is?

Hairsy,

I'm using the SE splashguard and it is a bit of a tightfit.

The JWT filter when fitted looks like this :-

Or if yopu fancy one of our Cybercraft stage 1 induction kits, stainless AFM adapter and stainles cone of the exact same properties as the Blitz, the stainless steel mesh has excellent filtering properties, with the same mesh on the top plate too to further improve the amount of air that can be sucked in and flown, £155 delivered pictures/ details ? mail me smithy cool.gif

Very nice indeed Paul, also gives you an idea of what the lovely Blitz looks like. wink.gif

Ring Johnny boy if you really want the best as in BLITZ SUS INDUCTION KIT or Smithy for some of the same mate.

Cilla: "So Mike chuck, you've heard all three answers to all ya three questions...so 'ere's our Graham with a quick recap!"

Graham: "Miiikkke, will you choose number 1? HKS filter who would just love you to chuck all your cash on him and make your engine bay look greeeen with envy...or will you choose number 2, the Blitz that looks the biz and will leave you enough change to buy a magic tree air freshner whilst makin' your Z go like the clappers! Or will you choose number 3? Cybercrafts finest which is guaranteed to shine all the time and comes with a free pair of sunglasses...coz once you've finished your engine bay with Smithys goodies you'll certainly need 'em! The decision is yours!"

Cilla: "Wish ya a lorra lorra luck Mike, which filter will you choose to be your cars best mate?" biggrin.gif
