I was wondering if i need to get a rear fog light for my ZX to get through the MOT.

I dont like the sound of one of those stick on ones and was thinking of getting the round lambo style rear LED lights - do these include rear fog lights in them??

you could convert the inner brake lights or drivers side reverse light to a fog light, a search on here will show you how its done.

Yeah, one of my reverse lights is now a fog light. Pisses me off as everyone keeps telling me 'one of your reverse lights is broken'! Grrrrrrr, May convert it and split the lights either side, so that the top two are fog lights and the bottom two are reverse lights.

The reverse lights was the way I went, took a year of people telling me one reverse lights was out before I changed them to what FunkySi says.

cant split top half and bottom half on reverse lights because on bulb lights top and bottom there is no divider.thought about doing that to mine.

Yes mate the 'Lambo' lights have a fog! ;)

You could always do what i did.

Get one of those high level brake lights (with the bendy ajustable mounting thingy)that they sell in halfrauds for about a tenner, and attach it to the underside of the bumper.

Fold it down for MOT's and fold it up under the bumper for the rest of the year!

i quite like that last idea.... im not too handy at the electronics thing though - any ideas where i could get one fitted? or possibly get the lambo LED lights fitted?

awesome idea, a plan for the weekend methinks

If you have a rear bumber like mine you will have no problem fitting fogs.

BTW - can anyone tell me what rear bumper I have?

Thanks, Mike...

thats a UK spec bumper (note the full length space for the plate) which means fogs would have been put in by the factory as its a legal requirement.
