Hi all. Looking at a deal on a Twin Turbo Auto but was really looking for a manual boxed car. Is it dificult to convert the auto to manual at a later date if I find that I really dont like it ? Has anyone done this ?? Is it even posible ???

Any help apreciated, thanks in advance.

Yes it's relatively straightforward to do - I did mine myself.

You just need the box, pedals, clutch, flywheel, front half of prop, alternator harness and a few other minor bits.

Around £500-600 for the parts second hand then around £500 in labour if you're paying to have it done.

Thanks M8. I wont be doing it right away, might even get to like the auto box (but I doubt it, lol). Would there be any gains in acceleration or is the auto box pretty good ?
