Just had my replacement engine fitted, which came from an auto car, all is running ok, but on idle, she is hunting and very lumpy, and at constant 80mph on motorway, every once in a while, it has a single beat miss.

 

would it be anything to do with the ecu being a manual one, and the engine from an auto ?

 

all test on laptop show code 55 no faults.

or loom conecting too ptu,, try wiggling conections with engine runnig see if it improves idle or makes it worse,

boost leak mart! pipe not connected properly somewhere,either that or the iaa plugs are round the wrong way causing poor idle,check all coilpack and injector harnesses
