H3C - not common but available from a couple of the traders here and on eBay. Or you can mod H1's by soldering on an extra earth lead.

Hi John,i just bought a set off ebay, with a slight blue to them, they look brighter than original ones and look legal,i felt my last ones were too dull?

There is currently 5 sets left with him just now and buy it now 0.99p

Very pleased with them.

Thanks AGAIN guys Ronco and Andy

Ronco I am fitting an HID system so I would guess that those bulbs would not be right for me ... although fitting is correct hID needs its own type of bulb which is lower wattage ..thanks anyway

This club is teriffic

Andy I was looking at a US site and they were saying that the dipped beam is

a 9600 bulb now is that cos its a USA thing ....... ???

Yep, it's the US fitment, totally different to UK/JAP.

Incidentley, when you receive your HID kit, you'll see that the new bulb is the same fitment size (H3), but the glass is longer to accomodate the different way it works, and comes complete with EVERYTHING that you need, Bulb, Ballast, and ALL wiring. It's a 'Plug-n-Play' item, you won't regret it :D  I don't!

Me too, work out at £7 the pair inc p&p but very good, makes the lights look whiter than the standard yellowy ones.

I've just bought, but not had yet. Mine aren't too yellow i find, but only light up about 2 feet of road infront of the car, so hoping this will improve!!

'BLUE' bulbs.............. The standard Halogen bulb still gives off a slight 'Yellow' glow. When a pure white light is needed for display to train drivers, the signalling department install a pale blue filter infront of the bulb, this gives off a proper 'White' illumination. So blue bulbs do the same job, the only problem is that you are putting the light through a filter, and that in itself means that you are reducing the amount of light available, it's just making it a more 'Normal' illumination for your eyes.

HTH :o
