Yes, it's a good read and very informative with colour and b&w pics.

The back page reads:

In 1969 Nissan launched the Datsun 240Z, a car which was to become the best-selling sports car of all time. Twenty years later came its spiritual successor, the all-new 300ZX. It is a car that combines sophisticated technology with high performance and futuristic style. In this Enthusiast's Companion, internationally-renowned motoring writer and Z-car expert Ray Hutton provides the in-depth story of Japan's first true competitor to the classic European sports and GT cars. This is a book for everyone who owns-or would like to own-a Nissan 300ZX.

Contents:

1. Development of the Z32

2. Technical analysis

3. Making Nissan's sports car

4. Road test-the variants assessed

5. Z-car history

6. A racing certainty

I got mine through Amazon.co.uk, cost only £9.95, but that was a couple of years ago now. Just done a search on the net, and the best UK price I could find was £169.95!!!

It's a good book, but as it was writen in 1990, it doesn't cover anything other than the first of series one (along with the development). There is loads of informative stuff in there, and I'm glad I got mine when I did, but it certainly isn't worth well over £100! After all you can buy 'Nissan 300zx 350z: The Z-Car Story ' for only £24.49 (inc P&P), and thats by the same author (Brian Long)

I thought I'd just add these details, incase anyone was interested..........
