Got about 2 years worth which was basically the UK History (mine's an import) but the car looked, drove and felt right. And, so far (touch wood), it's been brilliant. Always started, run smoothly with just a couple of minor repairs reqd. namely radiator and starter motor.

I'm keeping a comprehensive file on everything I spend and do on the car incl. minor things like headlight bulb upgrades etc. The figures scare me though.................

I got a tyre reciept with mine, from Kwik fit in 2003 for a stock 225/50/16

Thats it!!

:D

I got the original owners handbook, and a few receipts for work the previous owner had had done. He had owned it for about 5 years.

We need more options. I got some reciepts all old MOT's since 2003 (imported) and a little history for the last 18 mths.

I got a big pile of history. Stamped book till about 1997, and then probably 50-60 pages of recepts.

Absolutely nothing with mine. Though i'm the only UK owner, and it arrived here in May 2005.

It is immaculate though, and only had a clutch slave cyl go on it. Fluids and oils looked like they had been changed regularly.

Wouldn't buy a UK Zed without history though.

Got bugger all too

gotnowt apart from a pic of the previous owner with his mrs in glovebox..ha ha . Dont matter anyhow as i now have a huge folder of receipts from where the car has basically been rebuilt from ground up...so then next owner will be very happy.

Mine came with full history all in Japanese of course plus reciepts for the Kakimota exhaust, battery and a few other bits I cant work out what they were, reciepts and reports from the auction house in Japan a packet of Japanese chewing gum and cigarettes, both opended and still in the glove box, a womans earring in the back (tut tut how did that get there) and for some reason a nice white sea shell, again this is still in the glove box.

I am the first uk owner, got no paperwork at all except what you need to register the car from the auctioneers.

Found some Japanese loose change, membership card to a girly club and some cigarette tokens. I have been lucky so far very few problems over nearly 3 years, still on the original battery.

bugger all when i bought her she needed new brakes bodykit was smashed battery was dead and starter motor was worn and she had no history 1st one i viewed i bought it on gut reaction and to me was one of the best zeds i could of bought after all that

last pic is an older one the others are recent!

wish i took pics when i 1t owned it you would be shocked

Same here - book stamped to the end of it backed up with receipts, then all subsequent receipts (the old owner didn't buy another service book) and all MOTs

All in english too...........then I have a UK spec ZX :mac1:

Richard :D

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

I got a crisp, perfect, in order Japanese service book with my first zed. It had pages and pages and pages of history going back all 13 years, even though the car was supposed to have done 15k when I got it. Although I cannot understand a glyph of Japanese, it looked as if each service was pretty thorough with notes about everything that was done - and I mean everything. The import company also had supplied a new English version of the handbook, which I thought was pretty good.

Very comprehensive for last 3/4 yrs in a folder with pictures of the car on (thanks Tony!). Mot's, receipts for all bits replaced, engine build receipts, oil change filter box tops with milage, everything.

FSH Bills and receipts from new basically including receipt for of £1100 for the number plate which carry's the legend "300 Twin Turbo Targa".

V5 and an MOT certificate and an English version handbook, although only having one owner in Japan (10 yrs) and one in the UK(9 months)it has only covered 6,000 miles in this country, been told it had full Jap history but was misplaced,to look at the car you wouldn't doubt it but a full service including belts will be carried out this week and all oils changed, from now on all receipts will be kept and filed.

I got a big ass pile of receipts. Weird, that pile seems to be getting bigger and bigger. :D Allstuff since it was imported. Nothing from its days in Japan.

Ditto on that all my reciepts are from this country but the second it came here the right stuff was done and considering what it cost the kiddy who bought it from importers i would think it was all serviced regular in the land of the rising sun !!

i had a receipt for an oil change :headvswal

but then 18months of ownership and not a single fault except a starter motor cost me £40 from andy z :D spent going on 10k on mods etc though :D :(

Well I'm going to have great history for the next owner.

1.Rear wheel just about comes off on a UK motorway and almost kills me.

2.Seized by customs

3.Nearly written off by pothole. .............dread to think of no. 4

i was really lucky, this rich guy bought the zed for his wife but sadly passed away, he couldent bear to look at it for a few years, but then decided to sell it, got the origional recipt he paid £34,000 cash !!!! and i have every reciept right up 2 today

would hate to count up how much has been spent though ouch LOL!!
