Tyre choice

Ok its probably been done to death earlier so apologies but maybe my twist will make it new. I want a new set of tyres to fit my UK spec original fit wheels.........8.5 rear 7.5 Fronts

 

What tyres do the list recommend, fast road work all weathers and very occasional track day.

 

Am considering another set of wheels for track use so answers could be an all round tyre or two sets, money not an issue but don't want to burn it !!!!

 

P.S. Don''t know if anyone else has em but I am totally underwhelmed by the Zeds current continental sport contacts
