can one of the TLO's deal with as they see fit.

To be fair Mike, i don't know of ANY trader here now or past who would or does sell such a thing, i know for a fact he doesn't(jeff) so it could be from one of his breakers he has in and like any other member on the board, he's simply saying he has one of what someone is asking for and bare in mind the other guy is in Spain, well leave him to it :rolleyes:

He is constantly taking the piss and its geting up my nose, the man has had about 12 last warning. its a mockery of the trade rules TBH with you.

 

so do we just have one rule for some and another for jeff or do we deal with it?

Ah right, it was just that you asked the TLO to intervene and i assumed it was cos he had stepped on traders toes a few too many times, which despite his ability to do so, he hasn't.

The other stuff then, that'll be the stabs at Ryan he's done a few times ? usually about how you fix the Zed. Usual mechanics bickering!

Given this forum is all about helping one another too, you gotta hand it to him, he's gave some serious amounts of advice recently with positive feedback from the members. Personally i think it more wise that he be told no negative or contradictive posts against Ryan or Topless so as to allow the members to enjoy his knoweldge of Zeds, should they choose to do so.

he is not a trader and attempting to trade, and lets not go into the other stuff, I'm not talking about recent stuff I am talking about the entire sitation. including being threatened with being hunted down and sued at my own expense.

 

what if davec wanted to come on board and sell a roll cage? shall we allow that, it would be exactly the same, he would not be stepping on any current traders toes?. its not a matter of stepping on toes many times, once is enough. thems the rules. and yes, in the past jeff has stepped on traders toes just as much as davec did, infact even as a registered member he has been warned at least twice about trading on the forum.

 

I don't care if jesus himself came on and tried to sell a roll cage, if I knew he was a business dealing in cars I would be just as upset about the whole situation and its often overlooked because its jeff simple as, this would not be tolerated by the club if this was another member, and he is purposely flouting the rules to get a response, so I say give him what he wants.

 

Duffer used to give good advise and is actually a good freind of mine, if he came on here and touted for business for GPS I would have no problems reporting/banning him and GPS are previous traders of the forum.

 

Infact I have even told my own mechanic he cannot post bits up for sale here, I may have harsh views and take a hard line on things but i try to be fair.

TBH Mike given past experiences i know i'll never win an argument with you, especially with the power you have on the forum, that said i will give my last responce to your posts above.

Jeff and Davec are 2 totally different issues, Jeff whilst starting in business made a couple mistakes (like others here) was hung drawn and quarted pending legal action which never happened, he's moved on and became very succesful.

Davec as you rightly said in previous threads, "we had received complaints from the majority of the traders regarding PHNW's conduct on the forum. They were not removed from the forum, we simply did not ask for them to renew."

So i still stand by what i said above, he's constantly giving what the members need when owning a Zed and that's what's good about this forum.

If we start getting in to situations like and to quote "taking the piss and its geting up my nose", "being threatened with being hunted down and sued at my own expense", "I may have harsh views and take a hard line on things but i try to be fair." then those with the authority/power will cost this forum some valuable members, some who have already left!

Don't get personal with Jeff on this Mike, I don't recall seeing him doing the same about you, your best sorting it out bewteen you.
