I'm really surprised they havent been started yet. There doesnt even seem to be any talk of it. I cant remeber petrol ever costing this much.

I heard on the news tonight that oil prices were falling but petrol prices are to keep rising!

The thing that really confuses me is that petrol costs a shit lot more here than anywhere else. So why the f*ck do they get away with it?

Maybe, just maybe, its because we all lay down and let the goverment shaft us up the.. well you know what i mean :smash:

I am laughing. My zed in garage for MOT and a few minor bits and they have given me a nissan micra for a few days which does 4 bajillion miles to the gallon. Good timing eh!!!

I'm Really ****king Pissed -on the way home from work tonight paid £1.03p for Esso Super Unleaded was so annoying to see the price display rising quicker than the ammount of litres going in!! :xxx: :xxx:   :hurl: :hurl: :mac1: :smash: :smash: :smash:

According to the local rag, the government has till Wednesday to reduce the duty or the blockades will start-we'll see!

my local tescos 99ron at 93.9 per litre

:( This is the problem mate, you have found petrol for 93.9p and you are so happy about it you feel it warrants a dancing banana! LOL

It goes to show the sorry state this country is in when you can be glad you found some at that price......I mean lets face it, 93.9p is a ridiculous price to pay! I know what you mean though, when I see petrol going in the low to mid nineties then my eyes light up.....crazy! :headvswal

Justin:)

Not being direspectful to anyone but, any fuel price that we are likely to see is going to be record breaking.

I mean isn't the current price of a bar of chocolate record breaking?

Sorry to harp on but no one moans about the differences in cigarettes. The difference per packet can be as much as 30p, if not more. How about some protests outside B&H?

lmao! i was thinking where the hell is this garage? im going to fill all the cars up with this!!.....yeah about that haha..

2005 was when we had the protests. It did come back down a bit for a little while, then rocketed up!

I had a hard on this week when super unleaded was 134.99......... god knows what i would have been like back then hah

A few names from the past there !:detective:

I joined this forum in 2004, the year before this thread started ! I had just bought my first Zed with a gubbed engine.:hammer:

Seen a few names come and go in my 4 different Zed cars, but how I wish petrol was that price again !!

In saying that, my first gallon of 4 star for my 1275gt Mini was 49p a gallon !! I`m only 51 by the way !! :whistling:

Alan...........

Apparently in Qatar you can buy a litre for as little as 30p, not sure how true this is as the guy is sometime a bit of a fibber

LOL - that's not bad for super....

.....I filled the ZX at Warwick services on the M40 last Sunday - there was no regular u/l at the pumps I pulled up next to; so I had to use BP Ultimate...... at £1.57 per litre!!! It cost £100.98 to fill the car.....:1eye:

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Total fill on my Dodge Ram last monday, should say, the light came on the day before ??

Normal unleaded, right to the brim from Tesco ??

£146.89.

I stil love my truck !

Alan.......

Yeah but nobody forced you to fill up to the brim at that price !!

I know Andy...

And I wasn't moaning about it BTW, hell it was my stupid fault for using a motorway service station, but the light was on and the needle was just below the empty line!! And I cannot be bothered to put a little fuel in, then have to fill up again so soon:biggrin:

I was just putting it into perspective that 02pmal paying £1.37 was not so bad...
