Brands Hatch Piccyz (A.Martins/Ferrari/Diablo/Porsche etc)

Tony jardine was there racing in an Aston Martin DB6 and Stirling Mosses old race car was there along with Rowen Atkinson(no..he wasnt in the three wheeler)

No track time for me but did have a great day as I was very kindly given a vip pass which included free champers...food...pit...primery seating and all access.

There was every car type there you could imagine along with some ultra rare models.

But above all...the two cars my mate did the engines for Won both races :nana2:

The Fastest of the day was the big blue Aston Martin DB6 tuned by JMB services and my word did it go...it took me about 8 attempts to get this MOFO on camera and even then hes just leaving the frame..lol

At one stage I was told there were about 2.5million pounds worth of motors in the pitlane waitin to go on track..lol..insurance...if you can afford those cars you dont need it

My favorite car of the day without a doubt was the new DBRs9.

Its the Turqoise blue one...I think its about £170,000 but thats on the road...underneath was more blingy than a blingy thing.

The whole car shouted "drive me you twat" and it had a very interesting airflow system for the front cooling.

The air goes in the front and through the rad which is mounted at a 45o angle and the air then pushes straight up and out of the front bonnet deflected by a geogeous carbon panel so as to stop any heat from the rad goin back onto the engine...So obvious why has no one done this before?????????if you think about it manufactures spend soooooooo much on electronics and yet forget the basic stuff...Why blow hot air from your rad straight onto your engine again???(apart from cold start its fookin dumb)

Any how...thats enough rambling....

Go and have a butchers at these and theres quite an artistic veiw of a beautifull 911 in the pit garage which im quite pleased with :p

Oh no. That's torn it. That Aston above is stunning...the perfect combination of form and functionality...the trouble is, it's now given me two crackin' ideas for my project Zed! Time to speak to Steve at Bodywork Plus to see if it's feasible! :D
