car idled fine for the first ten minutes after it warmed up but then switched off and on and it wont go under a very steady 1200rpm. what should i check?

Ya5een mine was doing that when the weather was very hot now its cool not been happening again i wonder too.

min e has started doing this, but ive had the battery on and off all weekend doing my welding, seems to have calmed down now though

If you had the battery off for a bit, I know Yas has been doing a bit of work so you may done as well, then you reset the ECU, mine always runs a bit high for a while after its been reset, soon settles down once you have done a couple of runs and its learnt a bit. I would explain it better but gotta go out, that the basics tho.
