No cruise control!

Had the car for 2 and a half years now and still have no cruise...........

 

Tried switches on pedals ok

Tried new ecu ok

 

what else could this problem be any thoughts people!

    I got a jap spec swb tt, does this have cruise control?

    there is a grey square looking connector (under the bonnet) ASCD unit is drivers side...for some reason this was pulled out on mine...!
