Just something that Richard Smith said last week after viewing my zed. Apparently (I didn't know this), the original keys are made from titanium. Of which mine, is still currently there.

A lot now tend to have recut normal keys.

So, who has the original titanium key?

I have only ever had RED keys, what is the difference between them all?

red key is the valet key. it won't lock or unlock the glovebox, otherwise no difference.

I've still got the titanium key for mine but I've recently bought one of the Nismo keys, so the original is kept safe and sound :)

so if i get a key cut from the red key, im still fooked?

Sure... I guess. Probly costs as much as Robocop! But if you have an import you have to face the humiliation of the local parts guy laughing out loud contiuously in your face for 30 minutes when you ask the question... Thats if he hasn't loked himself in the gents as soon as he sees you pull in.
