I hear peeps asking about if their turbo is in safety mode or sumit, because the boost gauge only goes up to +7.

Well my gauge only reads up to +7 it couldn't go any further if it wanted to lol

Am missing some power or sumit?? :( please explain

After market gauges are pretty much essential if you are using higher than normal boost (so you know you arnt going too high and frying the engine). Do a search for the safety boost level, I think its about five but might be completely wrong. The stock gauge is natoriously unreliable as are the oil pressure and temp gauges.

if your car is a jap import it will read from -7 to +7. Same power as a normal Z but they have a different way of measuring it!

if its a jap import +7 is normal full boost

to check and be sure do a diagnostic its in the FAQ section how to do without a conzult using only ignition lights
