Why I will never spend another penny on bodywork...

You may recall i had full respray a couple of months back when the car went in for repairs after some tosser ran a red and swiped the front of the car.

Well the pics in my rides show my car last saturday after me and my little brother spent about 4 hours washing, waxing and polishing.

I came home tonight to find some jealous ******* has done this...

get a camera and record when you have your car there .

i know its to late now but i have a security camera with sound pointing directly at my car so any jelous tosser will be caught and his mug shot will be presented to mr police man .

the trouble is he will probably recognise him go round to his house and send him on a course in car spray painting :xxx: s

sorry to see this has happened mate

just jelous metro drivers

Lots of jealous fookers out there, wish they had a Zed but can only afford of sh*t old banger dat cant do over 100mph. Sorry to see thsi happen.

And you never get to catch the fekkers so you can cut their hands off

Sorry to see that mate :(

Just get some Turtle Wax colour polish with the free "lipstick" thingy and camouflage it as best you can. It won't get rid of the scratch but you'll disguise it well until you decide to get it sprayed again.

Richard

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

You might actually have a good chance at catching this *******, but you'll have to reconsider your feeling on paying out for more bodywork. Follow hellraiser's idea and get a decent camera pointing at your car, then before too much time has passed, get the scratch repaired and park in the same place. Chances are good I think that the vandal will take it as some sort of personal challenge and do it again... this time though, you have it on candid camera. Whether this actually leads to a conviction and compensation is debatable though...

Sympathies for the car.

Gutting to see that - there's some jealous bstads about.

I would wait a few days till u've calmed down then get a quote from the bodyshop and find out the bad news.

My car was attacked with paint stripper a couple months ago so I know how you feel.

There's not much you can do about these tssers but try and find out who it was , they might do it again as already said, then find out where they live.

sorry to hear it

Mate, find out who did it by whatever means and kill em'-nuff said!

bloody hell Ya5. youre seriously unlucky with bodywork. ive had a similar scratch down my offside door while it was parked at work. ive just got to bite my lip and get all my bodywork done in one go (ie new bumper [if i ever find one], spoiler, nose panel etc.)

That is such a crying shame. Your SWB is lovely.

All car vandals should be burnt at the stake. Is there any need for this?

Gutted for you. :(

:(:( Fooooking hell Yas......not good bud, have you P1ssed anyone off over there...:(

Thats a common place on a Z to key its where mine has been done, but the bloke i suspected of doing within a few weeks had a similiar but a lot longer and deeper scratch appear on his Celica GT4 pride and joy. Revenge is sweet.

Nice one speedemon he deserved it, guess he was jealous of u because he only has a Celica.

dont let the b******s grind you down, as said get a camera up & repaint the quarter, at least you will get a pic of them if they try again, so you can give em a good pasteing. my x girlfriend suffered loads of scratches & flat tyres, then one night we were sat snogging in the car & heard a scrape noise, jumped out of the car to find an old boy (60 ish) with a key in his hand! only lived 2 doors away, shame he was an old git, cuz i wanted to smack him, but i felt it a good idea not to, prob drop dead knowing my luck!

no mate, not that i know of!

I can't take revenge cos i don't have a clue who could have done it and noone in my street saw anything either.

Bloody hell Steve! a 60 year old? what was his motive?

all the oldies round my way are good ppl, always friendly.

Never mess with a mans car...no time for the evil tw@ts that do that to a mans pride and joy!!!

My mate lived on a quiet street in York and a few of us had our cars scratched when we stopped over one weekend.

What made it really bad was it was a bit of a works night out and we had 6 company cars all keyed the full length of the car - our boss was furious as you can expect!

It happened a few times but eventually one of the locals spotted an old lady doing it.

Seemed she was pissed off with people parking in the street or leaving their wheels on the kerb!

She doesn't own the road and surely a note on the car would have let people know her feelings.

Don't know what came of it but the police paid her a visit.
