As some of you know I work in the sales department of the RAC. Some may remember last year that I was offering discounted RAC cover. Well offer is still open if you need some cover and as i know all the sneaky discount codes i can give a good discount.

Here are some costings:

Roadside £21.50

Roadside and At Home Cover £44.50

Roadside and Recovery £43.50

Roadside, At Home & Recovery £65.00

Same as above but for 2 people add £27.00

Same as Above for upto 5 in your household add £61.00

Some question which i may be asked.

Does it cover the car or person? It Covers the person

How Longs the cover for? 12 months

Will its be the same cost next year? Nope not unless i can add the discount code beforehand.

Whats in if for you? Well, I have a Target to sell 40 new policies this month to earn £325 bonus, plus i can earn lots more for if i get more than 40. Im going on holiday in September and want some more spending money and want to earn £700+ in commission like i did last month.

How can I pay? CC, Direct Debit (1 annual payment) or debit card.

How can you get it so cheap? i know the right discounts to put in, i could do it for free but that will be noticed and followed by my P45 lol.

Any questions just ask.

I know these are good deals, but does the RAC (or AA) do 'official' discounts for Car Clubs etc ?

Might well be up for this. Had my 2nd awful experience with the AA just this morning.

Is it relay to anywhere of your choice too?

TBH best waiting for the AA cover to run out first as you have already paid for it.

Yeah but coming up for renewal soon I'm sure. I can honestly say the AA are a complete waste of space so RAC are defo next.

So would 'Single Cover - Solution 1' (from the RAC site) be the same as

Roadside and Recovery for £43.50???? If so, thats a great deal! :D

Check you renewal documents to make sure its not on Automatic Renewal, if it is then make sure you let them know you want to cancel or they can just renew it anyway. This isnt just an AA practice its the norm nowadays.

Might get back to you about this mate. Gonna speak to the missus as she's driving a shed at the moment!

Dave

im already with RAC, R&R. renewal is due later this month at £77ish. can you still do a deal if im a member already?? if so then PM me & i'll take you up on the offer :)

I've just renewed my RAC cover.....

....Solution 4 (roadside, recovery, home and replacement car/hotel) for both Julia and I (person based) at £103 including 30% discount from my credit card company.

Sounded like a good deal as the full cost was £184, but I got the no call out discount too.

Much better than the AA

Is a good deal mate, you have the onward travel aswell then which gets you hire car, or overnight stay in hotel, or Train/Plane/bus to you destination.

Hi Marcus

Are you still able to get the discount on membership ?

I am after Roadside, At Home & Recovery for me and my fiance. My current policy (with Direct Line) expires on 19th August.

Cheers

Jeremy

Hi mate

I was just thinking about getting some cover after watching maxsunny get loaded onto a recovery truck at JAE ;)

but I have heard a couple of horror stories about the RAC refusing to help if you are involved in an accident and leaving you to the mercy of the police appointed recovery companys who then charge you a huge recovery and release fee. Another lad did get towed home after an accident cant remember if it was RAC or AA but then got a bill for the recovery.

Can you just clear ths up for me

Cheers

Paul

The only time the RAC will charge you more is if they need to use specialist equipment to recover the car i.e its down an embankment.

Hiyu mate!

I'm interested in a bit of roadside and recovery (with a fit chick, obviously!!). How do I go about sorting it??!

Ta awfully!

Simon
