Boossst issue ???

Can any one tell me if im spose to get full boost in every gear on a autoTT , my boost only goes to around .9 psi when its in last gear on overdrive mode , just wondering if this is normal , also I have got a bad hesitation at 3 k , it alows me to pull through it if i give it a bit more but it feels as though i have a plug down or coil pack as it coughs and splutters abit before accelerating again , any clues , i did find the pipe of to the left hand side inlet (small tube under boost tube ) just wondered if running like this for a week has caused the plugs to become shit up .

Any clues guys

P.s any one got a link to tighten up my aircon belt , it makes a dredded slipping noise when i switch the aircon on?
