gf's contract just run out with orange. 200mins 500txt £30. so we rung orange up after looking on the internet at what deals they were doing. found one for new customer's 120 mins 250 txt saving er £5 as she never used all the txt. but because she never spends over the £30 contract we don't qualify for that deal the only way to do it is to canncel the contract and take out a new one. so much for the sh1t on the tv about looking after old customer's :xxx: the best they could offer was 120mins 120txt for £33. they can fook right off on that one, and altogther she's off to voda.

Here, here, been with orange since they first started, had a battle with them recently and told them exactley what I thought of there customer service, wont be with them when its time to renew contract!!

Stay away from Tmobile too. I get some kind of problem from those :xxx: every month without fail!

02 the only way to go, ive been with them for years and had no probs whatso ever. But no doubt someone on here will disagree lol

First I went with T Mobile found them to be shite.

Then with orange and they seemed really good when I left them.

Now with vodafone and cant wait for contract to run out total shite! it took them 6 months to set up a direct debit ffs, and in the meantime sent me a red letter every couple of months.

I think sky are the worst for customer loyalty.

I have moved house 4 times and at a cost of a £50 instalation charge each time when its a tenner in town!

My old company used to be contracted by orange and I can tell you that orange are the biggest bunch of stupid tw8ts we'd ever met, of all the companies we repaired phones for they were the most horrible and incompetant. On top of that I used to have a contract on orange, which I stopped around the time I moved house, orange did not process my change of address and sent all bills to my old address, the first thing I knew about it was when a debt collectors letter arrived, THEY EVEN CHARGED ME FOR LATE PAYMENT.

Orange are complete barstewards if you work for them and if your'e a customer of theirs, someones got to be benefitting somewhere right?

I have been with orange now for 6-7 years and every year I cancel the contract and get a new one as they give better deals for new customers.

One time they said they would extend my existing deal for another 6 months if I didnt change.

But that means after 6 months I would be paying more and getting less than if I canceled and started again. So guess what I did.

You can change to pay as you go for 3 months and then when you go to a contract you will be classed as a new customer and you can keep the number.

Phone bill with vodaphone was 1200quid a month, with orange it is around the 400quid mark, can't fault their customer service, I would recommend their business department to anyone,

vodaphone are a load of tosh IMHO, they have eventually managed to rip off every one I have known on them, including debt collectors to a few even when the banks reversed their direct debits as they were incorrect.

TBH choosing a mobile phone company is just choosing shit amongst shit there all kack

Every month vodafone charge me double insurance and every month I phone up to tell them that I only have one phone. Been doing this for six months now!!!!!!!! 1 word for them................DUMBARSE!!!!!!!

no mate lol, its a business contract, I think I have about 6 phones on it currently :).

Orange are excellent, they give us 2000 shared minutes and about 500 shared texts, the plan with vodaphone was useless, and beware of vodaphone, they have phoned up several of my freinds to inform them that changing to a new package will save them money only for them to have their next phone bills double :S,

Been with o2 for about 3yrs now, no probs at all, excellent

service. The worst service i have ever encountered has to

be NTL, they are completely useless, couldn't organise a

piss-up in a brewery!

I agree!

only problems I had with o2 were they seemed to broadcast your conversation on half quality to stop the lines clogging up and also reception was shit lol

I experience this all the time with my trade suppliers. who are all huge companies. with massive turn overs...

why the feck cant they organise anything, thye dont know if things are in stock it takes four of them to do one simple task, thye say theyll do it now and 6 hrs later you still havent heqard from them!!

the left hand doesnt know what the right hands doing!

but what pisses me off is they earn so much money yet there thick,,

:o

rant over

thing is if I applied for a job there I wouldnt get it

yet I would sort the place right out...

thick fecking country we live in!

:D

Just moved No 1 daughter to orange from voda because she was sending 950 texts a month. Orange student package gives 1000 texts a month for £30 with 300 mins. Voda comment was does she do any studying? when I asked them to match the deal!

I would get mental if I tried to send 4 texts a day let alone 33.

I have always been happy with Orange - been with them for 10 years now....

The only complaint I have is the reception is sometimes patchy inside certain buildings. However when travelling around the UK i have always had decent reception when those on other networks haven't.

They are supposed to have a price-match policy where if you find a better tariff on another network Orange will give you the same deal if it suits you better.

Richard

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
