Could someone please tell me where they are (or show me a piccy) as I have rather a wobbly rear end as it were when going over speed humps and believe they are worn, and where can I get them from, how much and are they, easy to replace ?

Thanx

Ditch the Hicas by getting an Eliminator and new track rod end bushes. Try Chris at Get GReddy.

The Hicas unit, I think, uses 1 arm each side of the car. I dont think I've seen replacement bushes for these advertised (anyone know?), but there are a whole load of other arms in the multi-link suspension, which more than likely have worn busbes, and can be replaced with Poly bushes.

Another upgrade is Subframe bushing spacers. The Zed uses a floating rear subframe, which means up to an inch of travel before the suspenion hooks up. The spacers prevent this movement, giving more response, less lean and reduces the "hopping" effect the zed experiences when wheel spinning.

Yep you can get new arms and trackrods with new bushes. I had mine done and a new rear rack about 4 years ago. It did make a lot of difference at the time.
