hi guys the trim on the exterior of the pillars (you can see where the chrome is visible on the pic indicated by the arrows ) has come off, is there anything I can use to apply on them or where might I get the replacements from (cheap as poss ;) )

Save up and go for new, old ones will always look tatty ;)

where is the best place mate and how much roughly are we talking? is it best to get them all replaced?

IIRC James300 and others use black electrical tape...cheap :D
