I'd go for some HKS S40i's. They aint cheep as the are irridium, but only need changing every 60k + the are recomended by Nissan when running higher than standard bost.

how much is 'not cheap'?

I've had the Greddys from day 1, wicked plugs never missed a beat if interested let me know

About £19 and every range you want

how often do stockplugs need changing? and chris how often do your greddy ones need changing?

GReddys are every 60k but i'd do less than half of that mileage IMO

so when people talk about different heat ratings etc what do they actually mean?

im on a fairly standard engine at the mo, filter, cat back exhaust, chip, underdrive pulley and boost jets by next week - what should i be looking for?

So thats £114 for six? + I take it that they are irridium. If so i my give em a wiz nextime and see what I think.

I'm sure there's more science to it than I apply, but if you check your plugs regularly you can tell from the colour of the plug if the car is running hotter or cooler. Hotter plug helps if the burn colour is a tad richer (cooler) and vice versa I think
