Me being a lazy fooker can I fit the BOV's with the re-circs still in place as I think I read somewhere someone has done this. Obviously I would need to blank the old ones to make them in-operable just wondered if it was possible.

Thanks in advance,

Chris

I wouldn't bother mate. Removal of the recircs is a doddle - 2 bolts, unclip the pipes and out they come. I think it would be more work to cap them off.. Also depends on where your BOVs are being installed and what make they are...

Cheers Steve, they are the new HKS Super Sequential BOV & I was going to fit them on the top pipes near intake manifold. The Jap instructions show them in the same place as the re-circs but you cant see them all the way doon there.

I still have original re-circs in place and not even capped of :xxx:

My BOVs still make a nice PPPPSSSSSHHHHHTTTTTTT

Mine are mounted in top engine bay.....I have seen them installed on the other pipes but not where mine are before...

Im thinking that the culprit that fitted them couldn't be arsed either to take em out :smash:

EErrmmm....not really.

The only prob ive had is the right BOV tube moved/sliped down a bit but that was only coz it wasnt tightned properly before.

Krsmayo on this forum....hes taken them off to get to the boost pipes and found it a bit tricky to put them on but they do fit.

Get an awesome

##UPDATE##

My Re-Circs started to make an awfull Honking noise at about 70+Mph with 3-4ooo rpm lately, so last night KRSMAYO (ta buddy) took them out for me and blanked them off.

My BOV's are now twice as loud....Feckin awesome :hyper:
