AIV removal

has anyone got the info on how to remove the AIV's, the link to aus300zx isn't working anymore, wonna get all the crap out of the engine bay

    This may be a daft question, but what are the benifits of removing the AIV's? Are there any negative repercussions of removing them? If not then why did Nissan feel they had to be there? Just wondering ...

    mine had to be taken off to allow the wings to fit properly. but it dont have cats, never did so why are they there?
