Are there any fitting issues with these turbos??

I would imgine they'd be a bitch to fit, if possible at all, due to the mahoosive size of the compressor side (T40 sized) its at least 2 1/2 times as wide as the stock t25's.

fitment wise they should be bolt on as they are a t25 fitment so will just bolt on, yes they do have a bigger compressor side so some custom intake pipework will be needed but thats about it or you could get some silicon pipework which most people do but great set of tubs with mega spool up

There are 2 models of the GT25R.

 

You'll need the one with the 54.3mm, 60 trim, .80 ar compressor housing.

 

The turbos need to be "clocked" to be able to fit these.

Because of this you'll and HKS upgraded adjustable wastegate actuators.

 

The turbine will bolt straight onto the stock Z32 manifolds. Only extra things needed are 5 bolt type downpipes (like the ones for the HKS2530 or JWT530BB's)

 

Since the compressorhousing has a different inlet, you'll need some 60mm silicone tubing and all. piping to make it fit/connect to the stock Z32 turbo-inlet piping. (see picture)

on stock manifolds there will be plenty of room, the turbos are not that much bigger than the stock ones.

The compressor side of the GT28R is smaller, so it should fit no problem.
