I have tried all sorts of polish and wheel cleaners to clean my standard alloys but none of them worked brilliantly. The main problem i have got is brake dust. Does any one know of a decent cleaner??? :duffer:

Wonder Wheels came out tops in one of the AutoExpress tests. I use it and it seems pretty good.

Used this as well, good stuff !

Alan......

Wonder wheels is great, but i only use it neat if the wheels are mega dirty or burnt, if you use it neat too often it will strip the laquer off the wheels.

I normally dilute it 50/50 with water for normal washing.

I also use Wonder Wheels. As far as Im aware its always been regarded as the "Daddy" of wheel cleaners. Good strong stuff.

Meguiers car care stuff is fantastic stuff, have'nt used their Wheel cleaner though.

a combinatioin of simonez alloy spray...found in most poundsaver type shops...and cif lemon cream cleaner with a cheapo scouring pad for the tough bits...not advisable on shiney finishes...great on standard alloys which have a matt finish and lots of little pits on the surface

dust anybody know dust dust anybody

  A Little Britain fan by any chance?

I can't fault Wonder Wheels. Then a bit of AutoGlym Tyre Dressing to finish the look off - nice.

David

Wonder wheels is awesome....as long as u use it properly because it does have a habbit of melting the laquer on your wheels if left too long
