February 23, 200520 yr Ok, all has been ok with the car, untill T-Pot starts playing... removed my boost jet's today to see what size they were, placed them back in, and now my boost seems all to cock.. at tick over, the gauge used to sit at zero, and now, she drops as soon as started to a minus i'm only running 0.5bar and have not had a problem untill i removed these today... what have i done?

February 23, 200520 yr tbh mate, it sounds like you've fixed the problem! The boost gauge is supposed to be well into the negative (vacuum) at idle. I could be way off here, but if it was sitting at 0 at idle, wouldn't that indicate a massive leak?
