Hi Guys, need to replace me wipers all round....what have you found to be the best ones to go for and know of any good sites to get them from?

Just found a site that does custom coloured and stainless steel ones (silicon) guaranteed for 5yrs, 20 quid a blade.

Actually ive got 18" all round at the mo....reckon you can put bigger ones on or atleast a bigger one on the back? Anyone done this or is it too much for the motors?

I,ve put a 18 on the back with no probs. :)

IIRC driver's side is 21 or 22 inches. The other 2 are 18 inches....

 

BTW, Bosch are pretty good too - Halfords sell them

The fronts are both 21 inch and the rear is a 21 too as standard but you can put a 23 on it if you wish.

 

IMO Bosch are by far the best blades, i tried Valeo silencio ones but they only last a few months.

 

Bosch part nos are SP21S divers side SP21 passenger of SP21S if you want a spoiler on that one too, and you can put SP21, SP22 or SP23 on the rear.

 

If you buy these in halfords or the like you'll be looking at over a tenner a blade.

yeah? i cant see how two 21" would fit on the front on mine (uk model) looks like they would catch! think me dad has a couple of old 21's for his scoob might give those a try then fitting wise.

website looks good, they've got a great range. so great that they seem to do wipers for every single possible car ever, even some that dont exist yet: the Mini Masturbator, the Chevrolet Fekarse, the Nissan 4800ZZX :bow: :rolleyes:

I guess you would know working in a car spares shop :D

 

But I swear the fronts are different sizes (plus on the UK spec, there is already a big spoiler on the driver's side wiper arm, so no spoiler blade needed) :confused:

 

Never replaced the back one though........

 

Oh yeah, and Halfords are fekking expensive for the Bosch jobbies :nono:
