Drove to the club this morning, just came of throttle (about60mpg) and the fooking thing was stuck.

The passenger side bar going into the throttle body seemd to be jammed a tad, not like other side.

How much for anew side, dont want this happening again ever.

very common problem after fitting PCV valves, the bit you have highlighted needs to be knocked back into place with a firm device :)

Yep, thats ****in' scarey alright, had it happen on a

motocross bike, 8.30am half a lap of practice...was in

the St johns ambulance with a twisted kneecap!

Turned out to be a crank seal put in back to front!

Doesn't really matter what you're riding/driving, this

will ALWAYS be in the back of your mind from now on!

what bit lol

it seems to be the bar with the spring on thats catching, but thats just my instinct on the problem.

if you lok at that pic, there is a right angled (dark green ) tube that fits into a blacklump of metal. Quite often this comes loose, and it only needs to be a few mill out to catch on the throttle bar, tap it home with a soft faced mallet, for a bit of peace of mind you can put some sealant/ glue around it before tapping it home (it is a friction fit) dont go wild on the sealant/ glue though as you dont want it getting into your PCV system.
