Hi all need some advice please.

Been advised that i need to replace all my struts due to a prang, so was gonna go for an adjustable setup.

was looking at these

Does anyone know if these would be ok for my jap tt or if anyone knows of any other good kits i could buy.

Thanks in advance

yup, they're a good set, have some in the garage waiting to be fitted myself. Price is good, though I know some people have had problems buying this sort of thing through ebay.

Not saying it's dodgy, just be careful, and good luck!

I have to admit correspondence with the seller could be better.

most probably gonna buy them :D

I know they're more money, but I have fitted a TEIN flex coilover set on mine, adjustable ride height, pre-load, damping etc and I'm well chuffed with them. They come pre-set from a jig ready to bolt straight on to the 300zx as well, so you don't have to spend hours setting up ride heights etc. They are also ready to accept an in-car adjustable controller for future addition. ;-) A complete set will set you back about £1050 if you buy them here, much less in the USA.

Just fitted some KYB AGX's to mine, along with some eibach springs. very nice setup :)

Flying machine- thanks for the info bit out of my price range though

Paul C - Hi Paul where did you get your kit from the states too or a uk supplier?

Cheers

The KYB AGX shocks with Eibach springs seems to be the most popular setup, and gets excellent reviews. Great prices from the US. Delivery will be $150 on top.

Paul / Vinz,

What settings have you got dialled in at the moment for Front and rear? Just curious as I'm putting mine on next week and wanted a good starting point before fiddling with it

Personally I would start at (1) on front and rears.See how you go,then increase a click at a time untill your happy with the ride comfort and performance. It only takes a minute or two to alter them each time. There are 4 settings for front and 8 settings for the rears.
