Yea take it back to Leigh and have it tuned

Some one was selling a 850CC injectors I think they where, with fuel rail.

the basic changes you have to make are fairly simple, but as Mac quite rightly says, if you are going to that sort of power you want a custom tune, not some off the shelf job.

Have a word with john dixon, but for that sort of bhp you might be better off getting an aftermarket engine management system!

why not try a local tuner in the NW ermmm GPS or someone like that!!!

hi thanks for the pointers im ok building it myself with my mechanic and it will get finished in a month i just need some direction where to buy parts all im after at the moment is aluminium flywheel and double clutch and plate for the balancing at quasar titanium or chromealloy conrods and 740 injectors

If u get a twin clutch it comes with it's lightweight fly and plate, i ve got 1 and it's superb

The worst thing you can do (well one of....) is run out of fuel. make sure you have a sufficiently large rail and that the fuel pump is up to it as well. I would have thought twin pumps would be a good idea for the sort of power you are quoting (though not sure I agree with your maths)

I assume you've already changed the oil pump, water pump, and had fitted an oil cooler and biogger rad? if not these would really make sense as well.

when u put another pump u sort of make things more complicated as the pumps must not be tha same size and u have to calculate exactly what pumps u'll need. The best think regarding fuel is to get an aftermarket pump like nismo,apexi,sard... which can pump serious lt/min and can satisfy cars up to 1000hp+, now a good thought would be to install an aftermarket fuel pressure guage which is an engine savor!!!
