99 spec rear lights centre panel difference ?

I may be blind, but how does the 99 Spec Rear lights centre panel differ from the pre-99 version ?

Very little difference TBH. The 300ZX is red instead of white and the reverse lights have chrome surrounds which match the 99 Spec rears
