Sony issued a Cease & Desist order AFAIK, so you'll be hard pressed to find anywhere selling it (same as chips) as they're all scared of ending up getting dragged through the courts by a giant..

 

Maybe try US sources - I heard rumours that you can still get chips for the PS2 out there, so perhaps you can still find HDLoader too..

i actually enjoy buying my ps2 games, would be nice to have some a bit earlier though, waiting for GTA:SA is doing my head in, and i know it won't be delivered on time grrr

Just this instant seen a add on motors tv for it,swear to god there was a Z screeming off in the game :cool:

I just couldn't help it ;) Must admit though, I haven't got any copied games - I've just used it for speeding up loadtimes etc, at which it's very good indeed :)

 

Is your PS2 chipped? If it is then you ought to be fine with a *cough* backup copy *cough*

hmm im sure its gonna be a giant game, its just that ive played GTA, vice city, driv3r, true crime: streets of LA, and theyre all the bloody same - drive somewhere, kill someone, drive somewhere, meet someone, drive somewhere else...

no disrespect to the game, but for me it loses its appeal quickly. ill have to see if i get tempted tho... ;)

i used http://www.modchip.com about 2 yrs ago to order some hardware to play backed-up ps2 games :D you can get good deals if you order more than 2 group buy perhaps???

it must be quite good for the time he has spent on it, also there is two player mode in this one

yep they have the new chip now better than the messiah2 which gets rid of the black and white screens on the older tv's i still have no idea how they get away with everything that goes on at bowlers......they do it sat and sunday now

I have ran a X-Over cable upstairs to the PC but thats as far as net connection on the PS2 got.

This is probally cos I have lost motivation due to the bad news about GT4,

i bought all the gear ages ago and it now looks like i have to route it through my pc, what a load of crap!

GT4 is officially not on-line, but theyre thinking of making a special on-line version in 2005. still cant wait for it tho :hyper:

jeezus san andreas is selling for up to £43 on eBay!!!!

its only £29 down my local asda (albeit they ran out after a few hours :mad: )
