Basically the garage thats fitting the clutch belled me today to say the clutch i got arrived yesterday - it didnt fit at all - so they ordered another one (via part numbers) which arrived and was fitted today ! The part numbers correspond to a 280 ZX clutch !!

Weird - its an NA so quite hard to source a clutch - but i wouldnt have thought nissan would use a clutch that is built for a car 10 years older on a 92 spanker ??!?!

Then again - its Nissan lol

Its working now anyway - i dont care lol

(no clutches were supplied by smithy - unfortunatly for me)

I have to say, back in 2003 i ordered a McLeoud sintered iron clutch from Avalon in the states, and I am sure a N/A clutch was sent as the cover plate bolt hole PCD was quite a bit smaller.

I twigged when i looked at the online manual and saw the 2 are different. Doh. So I sent it back and got a refund :P
