Racelogic

Notice from your car spec some of you have the Racelogic traction control

How do you rate them?

Without paying for 'extras' is standard on/off a good buy (probally only use it in wet)?

I think it's great. Think upon it as insurance, the adjustable bit is a little bit of a gimmic thoigh, but can be fun. Well worth the money. Talk to Johnny, he did a great group buy earlier this year.

Excellent.

I think the adjustable bit is very useful. Probably not so important if your car is stock.

Only in the wet... use it all the time...

Actually, I love the adjustable bit. You can set it on say 20% and have a bit of a play. That way there is a safety net should you cock it up big style. I've been gradually increasing the slip with the target of catching it before the TC saves me from going grasstracking !

It's excellent!!!

How do I know when I a.k.a. AndyP hasn't fitted mine yet...LOL! Top man! wink.gif

I was referring to the price the J. Zmeister got us on the full-on package...REZPECT!

Speak to Johnny if you really, really wanna zig-a-zig ahhhhhh!!!

What price am I looking at, web page says £495 for standard unit?

How much did you all pay each for adjustable on group buy?

well i havent got it as i bailed out of group buy because i was sceptical, well after going in craigs car in pouring rain, and ruining my underpants (thanks craig wink.gif) i am defo up for this bit of kit.

i mean 2mm of water on surface, craig drops clutch at 5000rpm and gets a better 0-60 than he gets in the dry....... awsome

Sorry to bring this back to top but need an answer to how much you guys paid on bulk buy

Looking to purchase adjustable in next day or two...

Cheers Robb

I'd love to tell you, but you'd be sick to your stomach !!!

Call Johnny, nobody, and I mean nobody will beat his price. He undercut Racelogic direct (group buy price) by about £300. Can't promise he can do the same for one offs though .... frown.gif

What £300 off EACH!!!??!!

So that makes the adjustable for 395+VAT

Wish i had bought a z earlier, if that was the price....

Robb,

If you are that desperate to find the truth about the J Zmeister, then follow...

Goto the search section of the forum(top right somewhere in ickle letters) then type in "racelogic" in "search for" field, then "johnny" as the person to search posts for.

You will then hit a post by TopSquads called "OK who wants Traction Control?" read from top to bottom and see what Johnny is capable of!

Any probs, drop me a mail.

Nah, it wasn't as little as 395+ voddy.

maybe my figues are wrong (was close-ish though!)

Just ring him - you know it makes sense. Get Wazza on the case too, he's up for it now.

Put on 'slagging thread' - sorted myself out with adjustable for £495, thats £200 off

Haven't arranged delivery/payment yet, could speak to contact to see if I can get bulk buy

frown.gif Don't really want to tread on anyones toes by doing this though... Respect to established memebers!!! biggrin.gif

OK, make yer sick. He did us, TC + Adjustable + Launch control (+ other bits if you know how to wire them up!). So that should have been £895+VAT for £465 incl !!!

If a few of you want it then work together and call him. Looks like you've got three for it now. Help yer mates - sort it ! (Doesn't have to be only Zeds either)

What's his number?

Anyone else up for this?

mirror.gif

I could be up fur that !!

I know how much the old traction control on the prelude saved me from mowing the hedges down and thats just a factory fitted ON/OFF system!

But as money is at a all time low ( wot ya get fur sittin' upside down in yer girlyfriends £10,000.00 MGF!!!! Oops sorry dear) I'd need a price fur the package you can arrange before I lept in up to me kneck!! and let you guys down !!

I've yet to buy Wheels, interior, bodykit, Nos and turbo extras! wanna put it all together including the price of the car fur under £7000 ( better start callin in the favours!!! HELP!!!!

Waylander, can help if you need an alarm, can get major discount on this kinda thing...

Seriously, it's something I'd like.. But right now don't have the cash for.. So depends on when a GB might happen really..

Same here too. If we are talking in the new year I will be in. Any sooner and I wont have the money.

Stuart

Give some idea of numbers fellas and I will put a price structure together.

The 200sx boys and Supra chaps are up for this aswell however those guys will be getting there units from elsewhere.

You may want to check out www.nissan200sx.co.uk

Just look for the related group buy topic.

Thanks Timmy for your support mate. Keep it up lol.

Do you think that we could hold off until after the new year? I have no money at the moment and I will have to save up. Plus I dont want to spend £500 or what ever on TC when Christmas presents are needed
