Still not sure if this has gone, started her up and she was running ok then gave her abit of throttle and then she starts idleing funny again, ive checked the connections on the coilpacks and all seems ok, ive now blown 2 rads in 3months, im doing my manual converstion soon, shall i buy another rad til then? at least i can give her a proper run and then il hopefully find out if the head gasket has gone. all very confusing. anyone with any ideas as what to do?

Paul have your coolant system pressure tested for starters.Whats the oil look like on the dip stick?

oil is fine bud and the water etc. il need to get a rad wont i to do a pressure test? want to get this sorted before i start doing me manual conversion.

im wondering if its the head gasket coz there was alot of what seemed to be steam cuming out the exshaust but when the car is runs funny my rich/lean gauge reads very rich indeed. :confused:
