have a good search, there's probably loads of threads about it.

Personally I would go with Side mounts as they support plenty of power, less lag, no additional plumbing nedded.

well have a look at all the big power turbo cars and which ones dont run a FMIC??...none all big turbo cars have fmic so i guess it depends on what you want if your not going big power then theres no point in spending the money on a fmic, just get uprated side mounts, also you can run big power on side mounts on a zed anyway so is it just for the looks??

Unless you have huge powerful turbos, FMIC will cause more pressure loss than SMIC and will make the car perform worse. So with small/med sized turbos it wont help and could actually make it worse.

For large power turbos, it you will still lose a more pressure than SMIC but it will give more cooling which is vital when you have large turbos

cheers guy, not going for the bigest BHP Z so smic will do fine, prob a lot cheaper too
