I tried to check the feedback and it came up as user ID invalid....careful mate..!

Im just not too sure with it being f/glass. I know it can crack and even shatter on slight impact (curb/speed bumps). Other kits by the same sellers have pics of them twisting the skirts, seem pretty flexible.

I wonder if the seller has been deleted by e bay as you can view other items, cant see their feedback nor e mail them, 500 quid is a lot of money to send to someone you cant trace...perhaps you should mail some of his previous buyers once you can access his /her feedback??

Having said that, fibreglass techno has come a fair way since I last used it and I know that they add all sorts o stuff to it, My missus is a nail tech and does fibreglass nails and they will flex to a point.

Someone on here probably (definately) knows a lot more than I.

I did mail them yesterday to see if they could do me just the front bumper, they mailed back today saying it was the last kit they had and thats why its cheap. Cheers for the replys guys.

Reckon your best bet is to see if anyone on here has what you want, I know things do come up on here often and you could guarantee you wouldnt be taking a great risk, put wanted post in.

Good luck mate.

Have just mailed them again asking why i get the ID Invalid message, lets see what they say.

Cheers.

its a copy of the veilside c1 kit luke at the zed centre might have them as well

Bit too OTT for my liking, kind of loses or perhaps hides, the underlying style of the original car.

I think you need to see body kits to check their quality. Some are thin a will easily crack and split. Just my opinion mate...

Thanks for all the replys guys. Decided not to bother in the end. Too much money for somthing i may not like when fitted.

Cheers,

Filthy.

if you buy pay with paypal then if you have a prob you can complain to them and they will get your cash back. feedback is 93% not bad really. If he offers postal ins take it as it seems some of his kit is broken on arrival. Maybee collect from him that would be safer

There is a 30 day limit on paypal I believe, however always setup your paypal account to go to a credit card, that way you have the right to get the money back direct from them. Egg are very good at cases of internet fraud.

Drop me a mail i can get hold of some kits that will make you :)

I guess it can't be an original kit, since I don't think you can get C1 skirts anymore ...

I agree the front bumper is a bit OTT, much like the Veilside front-end for the 350. I have to say, however, that IMO, the C1 side-skirts have *never* been bettered .. they look fantastic on! Much as they did on my last 300!

The rear bumper is beautiful too - shame you can't get those bits on their own.

That was a genuine Veilside kit, and tbh, I wasn't over-impressed with the quality, for what it's worth here ...

BTW, doesn't it say somewhere in the ad. that they're cheap 'cos they import them "by the 1000", but didn't you just say it was cheap 'cos it's their last one? Sheesh - we're a cynical, suspicious bunch, but with e-bay you can't be too careful.

CheerZ,

JB.
