nzr - pc heads

When my friend boots her pc, she keeps getting "reminders", as in you get a yes/cancel box. Does anyone know how to get rid of this?

    Something along those lines anyway...other than that piece of unvaluable advice mate, can't help yer...PC's are an unnecessary evil planted on this Earth by Satan...the good Lord uses an Apple MAC! LMFAO! biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

    it's a new pc and the reminder box is to setup an internet package which she doesn't want.

    run the file msconfig (Click START select RUN and type msconfig)

    Goto the STARTUP tab and see if there is an entry from the internet signup, If there is un tick that box and re-boot.
