Right, I'm swapping my Plenum next weekend (all the gaskets I need will be here by then)

Firstly, any help advice will be appreciated as I know it's a pig of a job.

Secondly, I was told to buy hose for the water by-pass (I've forgotten what, and why!!) and help on this would be greatly appreciated, i.e. where to get it from, and where it fits etc, etc...

Finally, if someone wants to help me get it done, there's plenty beers, food and morale support available!!!!! :D

Anything else I need to know??? :)

(fingers crossed)

Matty.

Cheers fella, I shall follow the destructions to the letter!! :)

One question though, I need the hoses ASAP. I was told I could go to Halfords and get them (can't recall who though!!)

Any idea on the sizes and can I buy hoses from elsewhere????? ;)

Cheers again!

For the water lines, buy some 5mm silicone or 1/4" rubber.

When you put it back on, it's much easier to bypass the throttle body feed/returns and remove them. Just loop the feed that goes to the hard pipes under the plenum straight onto the turbo water lines.
