How about some of these for sale in the club marquee? Also available membership packs for new members. We could use club funds to buy them and then put the money back when they are sold?

Realistically people we need a decent number of probabally buy ones for it to be viable for Mac and the 'club', so a show of hands please and refrain from asking for different colours etc, as at this stage the costs are prehibative.

My only comment guys, and I am in no way criticising the design or work, is maybe have Billing 2004 on the T-shirt and change it next year, so that us old hands can slap the junior bucks about and swing the lantern :p

The whole point of these being subtle was the fact that everyone said the last were too brash.

 

Before anyone gets too excited, let's not get confused. There will only be one colourway available, given the quantities involved it would be uneconomic to get other varients printed up, even though the screens would exist.

Kenny, in all honesty you haven't been around here long enough to know the history of the club clothing, so I'll give a word of advise, please accept whatever the majority decide or noone will get anything.

 

And before you ask, yes I am a graphic designer. :D

Kenny, the other factor in your suggestion is cost, another screen and another colour, and what you think looks better, is just that, your opinion and not that of everyone.

Im sorry dude , but if being around a long time is a pre-requisite to having an opinion , then Im sorry I have one. :nelson: I was just having a bit of a leg pull, but there ya go. :mac1:

 

As to the shirts I wasn't saying that I should have a design especially printed ,or that everyones different ideas should all be printed. I was just saying that the shirt that had red over grey just seemed to allow the lettering to dominate the logo, thats all. I am happy to go along with the majority since thats democratic, And I quite understand the logistics and costs of screen printing in more than one colour, having arranged something similar for another type of event.

 

More power to yer elbow for organising such a thing in the first place , I like the designs otherwise I would not consider placing an order. And I also have some small experience with Graphic Design too amongst other things. :duffer: :duffer: :D :D
