I recall reading that the indicators and foglights are the other way round on a 99 spec front (compared to pre-99 stock).

 

Does that mean 2 of each will be needed new? And where do people get them from?

The side lights are indicators, I got mine from Luke @ Z Centre and I'm still trying to get hold of some front fogs to replace the driver/indicators which I have used from my old UK front end and put in the 99 Spec....

New they are way too expensive, I'm not tight but I ain't paying the asking price!!!! I've been looking for second hand ones for months and months but no joy.....

 

I saw some on eBay, looked worthy of a purchase but the sellers are not good at all, the wanted my postcode for the shipping (from USA) to get correct pricing, they didn't get back to me, I mailed them again, then they asked what about (details still in Subject title!!!) so I told them again and then they asked for the details again in full....so I didn't bother...

 

GB on front fogs???

How does the front look with the old fogs in lol, are they the wrong way round and upside downside?? :D

shrimpy - all you have to do is ask ;) for an extra 50 quid i'll leave all the lights in the bumper for you :hyper:

 

 

 

hang on a min - i forgot i've got clear corner indicators - fifty quid sounds a bit of a bargain - shripmy make me an offer :D

the 99 spec fogs are the same as import pre 99 front fogs IIRC, its only UK cars that dont have the foglamps that need them

 

you will still need the indicators tho :)

i'm selling my 99 oem nose to shrimpy - it only made sense to sell it with the front fogs and clear corner indicators.

When my Zed eventually leaves the body shop with its 99 spec front end i will have 1 Jap spec (pre 99) fog light off my old bumper, which is in mint condition - if you want it mate ?

 

Free to good home - did have two, but one is in 300000000000 pieces now !
