Should i use and how much if i'm also changing the filter?

Do a search. WHich oil is asked every few months, I am surprised you havent seen any threads regarding it.

IIRC it's 3.0 without a filter change and 3.4 with. But whichever you do, double and triple check the level afterwards as you don't want to under or overfill.

I've just had mine serviced and with the filter, just about 4 litres fills it. Like you I've a UK TT with 70k on the clock and find that 5W40 fully synth is good.

 

Speak to Mike Feeney at MJP, he sells 5 litres of millers for approx £23 - he says it is ideal for the Z32 and he knows his Zeds :bow:

 

I've just used this - way cheaper than Shell Helix and my car sounds fine and shows good oil pressure...... :cool:
