No need to say sorry arry,I have used em for 4 full years and never had an issue,we all have a free choice to let whoever we want loose on our motors;)

Ive been usin em lately, they did a lovely job on my engine, took it ta my local main dealer n they couldnt find the problem (lack of power) a nissan "specialist" said it woz my injectors, took it to SE and they diagnosed it straight away! (siezed turbo) + a few other bits.

Got it back and it had scratches on the wing and back bumper. Took it back and they sorted it without fuss. Now it runs like a dream, peter spent ages (at his exspence) doing a few other little niggly bits because of the hassle it caused me takin the car back for another week or so. I think they Rock! :D

Well Im well happy with the guy who dos my car, plus I can walk back from his place.

Don't think I would use them again in a hurry but as Paul says you either love um or you hate um

Ryan

I've had no problems with them so far and they have always kept to the timescales they promised me. Which I think is the biggest issue for most of the "Haters" out there.

I will probably be getting them to fit my new tub's and injectors as well as I just don't have the room to pull the engine (yet)

I used them for about 3 years and only had a couple of niggles with them. Car was late back a couple of times but only for minor jobs (new clutch etc..) To be fair, I've never felt ripped off (except maybe for my "SE Maxflow Induction" ) Peter is a top bloke and knows so much about the Zed but SE seem to lack organisational and customer service skills...

Jock's been helping me with the car since and I've learnt loads about it. Top fella

Just my 2p

lemme guess - could be wrong - Alistair at Regency?

SMV - my hate for em comes stems from more than just poor timekeeping. You think the timescales for "booked in" work are scary - you should try waiting for warranty work to be done  (which i've done many a time)

Al has shut up shop, sold to a bloke called graeme, hae you used al before? he mentioned a 200sx where he had to replumb in the water lines after it came back from SE?

yeah he has worked on mine - he did a tubby gasket change for me once :) Didn't put the waterfeeds back on mine tho. He did mention that he had to do it for someone else previously :)

Was a nice guy :)

Yuh Al was a very nice guy, unfortuently he was involved in a motorcycle accident on a track day and broke his arm very badly, I think he lost the drive after that to carry on.

Don't think that's unique - lots of hardcore hairy-arsed engineers lack those, otherwise they'd be project managers and not experts on Z mechanicals. Not often you get one person who can do both, and not often a performance specialist is a big enough operation to have a full-time manager who doesn't do anything else!

I think I'm turning Japenese, I think I'm turning Japanese I really think sooooo! I got yer picture...sorry lost it there!

SE?

Have been using them for a while now, no problems.

Do I have to rake all this up again for the sake of the dis-believers?

My engine, well heads were Phuket, so took me motor to Arriva Nissan in Peterborough on recommendation (is that how you spell it?) and they tried to sting me for a new unit. Peter, who at the time would grace us with his presence until he realised that it was best to stay at the shop, emailed me and offered to pick me car up from Arriva. Car in bits, engine out etc.

Turned out the heads were a bit west and valves needed sorting.

Well I can honestly say that no probs with the engine after SE had the car, new wiring loom and heads ported and polished.

Peter really does know his stuff, not that I am an expert by any means but just talking to the guy for a short stint is enlightening.

Let's just wait for the Mac1 Stillen beast to emerge and then we'll see eh? ;)

Oh and just to put the shit stick in...Norris Designs, for you 200SUX boys, yeah great they are ain't they? On Top Gear his awesome machine Evo blew up trying to pull a ****ing caravan FFS! LMFAO :)

Might have massive BHP but can't handle pulling a bloody Trekker 250! ROFL :)

As the user policy states here..................................

Libel is a very complicated part of the law. The general concept is that anything that cannot be proved by hard fact which could be considered damaging to a company or individual may be libelous.

What may be considered to be potentially libelous is something where the above applies and 300ZX.CO.UK itself does not have the hard facts to prove without doubt that what is being said is accurate.

Due to legal complications that 300ZX.CO.UK could be considered liable for libelous comments posted by users, we have to show a continued and consistent practice of due-diligence which protects us against potential legal action.

This means deleting / editing posts containing this kind of material and taking every action reasonably possible to stop it being posted in the first place. For this reason, ANY potentially libelous content may be deleted immediately without warning or explanation.

300zx.co.uk have not had any legal threats for some time now, prefer to keep it that way TBH.
