you will need 10 litres of coolant, so read what it says on the bottle that you have bought and apply enough water to fill it up with 10 litres, ensure you don't get any air bubbles and bleed the system correctly

Haven't looked at the link, but I would do the following:

Jack the car up remove the inner splash guard from under the car (by inner I mean the one under thengine not the one attached to the front bumper).

Remove the drain plug bottom right of the rad (once you are under there . i.e. driver side). That's the clean way the nto so clean but faster way is to remove the bottom hose (this should come off anyway).

Put the bottom plug back in.

Remove the top hose. Stick a hose pipe into the rad via the top hose and turn it on. catch the water in the bucket from the bottom. using your palm block the bottom hole so the rad can fill a bit then release to flush, keep going until it's clear.

Next put the hose in the top rad hose going into the engine turn on and collect the water via the bottom hose. Run until it's clear.

Connect the hoses and bottom screw back up. Remove bleed screw from top of rad (divers side), remove rad cap.

poor in all your coolant and top up with water (you should already have some in the engine). once the rad is fully topped up. Replace the bleed screw and rad cap. Replace the splash guards and get her off the jack/axle stands.

STart her up for a cuple of minutes, keep an eye on the temp gauge. let her cool down for a bit then re top up. Take her for a run around the block (keep an eye on the temp gauge and the winscreen heater on 40 degrees, you will feel it get warm and the temp needle will rise if there is an air lock. I would keep a screw driver and a container of water with you for the first 50 miles.

An air lock is usually obvious as the temp rises the car may cut out and one side of the rad will be really hot and the other side will just be warm.

To get rid of an air lock in most cases, remove bleed screw and rad cap (when engine cools down) top up with water.

There nice and simple !!
