Firstly, i have to thank all the posts & the PM's from people offering me help with regard to my original post.

 

It just goes to show the personal element of help thats available from members in this club :)

 

I have been told that the council's ins' company will get back to me shortly, so on the outcome i may be contacting some of you soon.
