Just put my name down for the 3 pod A-Pillar on the group buy. Couple of questions

 

1) What 3 gauges should I get

2) What make, dont want to spend stupid money on these

3) Noticed some are mechanical and some electrical

4) Will I need any extra items

Hi Mate,

I would highly recommend a set of Greddy gauges, i had a set from Chris@getgreddy, they look great and are really easy to fit because all you have to feed into the car is 3 wires. Chris did me an O/P, W/Temp and Boost for £305 all in which is a good saving on everywhere else i looked at them.

go see phil at c&s wood, ive just bought some off him. (got them fitted yedterday) an oil temp and a water temp!

apparently made by the same company that does one of the big name gauges but cant remember which, but a fraction of the price!

nope, they are up off the east lancs, bit of a trek for us but worth it in my opinion.

Aha, half an eye on those myself... (I'm having one of the "HKS" induction kits off him).

 

Did you see the all-in-one gauge, usual three plus a shift light, all on one dial? Hard to tell from a pic but still seemed quite readable to me!

What are the splitfire ones like, any good?

A guy i know has some in a GT4, seem good value

These are basically the same as the Avanti Gauges owned by me, SMW1 and Jaffa (and a few other forum members I think). Not a bad product and deffo excellent value for money.
