There's a serious bargain group buy on Boost Controllers run by Chris@Getgreddy.co.uk in the traders forum, you are not going to see prices like this again for along time, so forget whatever you were going to spend your money on and get one of these little beauties!

 

It will even save you money in the long run, cause your turbos will probably last much longer with predictable, monitored boost levels.

 

And take it from me, my tub seals have just gone after 12 months of increased boost on bleed valves and the cheapest way to fix that is going to cost well over a grand! (or four!) so a couple of hundred quid on a boost controller now is well worth it.

LMAO!!!!! you're not suggesting that raising the boost pressure with an EBC is safer for your tubs than with boost jets are you!!!???

 

i'd even go as far as to say it would be the other way round, as boost controllers work the turbo's harder by remaing closed to the wastegates then suddenly opening to allow the tubs to spool up quicker!!

 

i'll stick to my 50p mig tips ta very much! :D

Er, Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying UNLESS you have an after market boost gauge. Otherwise you have no idea what boost levels your reaching!

Buy a profec e-01 and you get your boost vontroller and a lovely big gauge display all in one - top job!

well i wouldnt want to mess around with boost levels without a mechanical boost gauge anyway, but thats just me. & EVERYONE thats raised with jets should have a gauge anyway so im still not sure why its safer!
