Is that the best compliment or what!?! Pure honesty, what a top little kid ;)

The best one I had is where a 4 or 5 year old lad actually said nothing.

He was with his mum walking (Well he was running ;)) up the car park along the back of a load of cars. He was a few metres in front of him mum. He was running a long oblivious to everything around like kids that age do, then he reached to the back of my car, and stopped and looked at the back of it for about 30 secs until his mum, caught up, took his hand and walked past. Even then he was still trying to turn around to look. :D :D :D

That is the best compliment I have had. :D

Yeah, that's pretty damn cool. If he had that reaction just looking at the back he'd probably shit his pants if he saw the front :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

My best compliment was when my new g/f thought it was a £50k porsche!!! I had to open the bonnet and point out the Nissan writing before she believed me! Stud or what?! :)

I go past a load of bus stops when I get near work and all the kids stop and point as I drive past - it gets a bit embarrassing sometimes.

 

I always laugh when a kids with his dad in his car and sees mine and points and stares and you just KNOW his Dad wants him to shut up and sit down!

I visited my Dad the other week and the neighbours next door came out who havent seen me in the last 10 years and asked how I can afford a Ferrari

ive actually got a jag cabriolet, which gets looks all the time

i bought the zx as im sure you all know what the british winter does to jags,

anyway i was surprised when i got in the nissan that it gets the same amount of attention, and with throaty exhausts it gets them looking from further away lol

 

heres me jag, which im sure a lot will hate it lol, but believe me its gorgeous to drive, BUT im having so much fun with the zx, the jag may stay away most of the summer (especially if i can find some wheels a spoiler)

 

as you maybe able to see its also a targa top ;)

yes m8, its a guy salmon built job

only 250 ever made, and i doubt many if any are left in this country

took me a longggggggggggggg time to find one in this nick

its been garaged all its lfe, last few years done about 500 miles between

mot's, i got it with FULL service history every mot, like the zx makes me smile every time i drive it, although its 5.3 cc i wouldn't say theres much diiference in mpg than the zx

 

deffo not the punch the zx has got, but horses for courses

AND it cost me a lot more than the zx

 

(and the xjs on the reg plate IS part of the number that came with it ;) )

I got exactly the same comment when my car was being valeted last summer. The little boy was about that age and his mum was well fit :D

 

She said, "well, you've certainly impressed him..." so to show her what a nice guy I am, I let the kid sit in the driver's seat for a few minutes just to chat to his mum a bit longer....... :bow:

The best one i had was when I went into a shell garage (as I do most days) and the chap in there asked

 

"is that what i think it is?"

 

and i replied "that depends what you think it is"
